Ruccola & Salami Involtini

Welcome back everybody to Mel's little kitchen... I've recently been on vacation to a lovely city off the shore of Italy... come now.. you all know it... Venice! While in Venice, I not only got to explore famous museums or churches, but actually got to taste the food which was magnificent! One of my favorite ON THE GO snacks was Involtini. It is a cross between a pizza and a sandwich all rolled up into one. What a joy it was to mimic this special treat and sharing it with you was fun in the video makig.
